ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਬਦਕੋਸ਼

ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕਾ ਖਾਲਸਾ ।। ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਕੀ ਫਤਹਿ ।। ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਆਪਣਾ ਸਬਦਕੋਸ਼ (dictionary) ਆਪ ਹੈ । ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਸਮਝਣ ਲਈ ਕਿਸੀ ਵੀ ਸੰਸਾਰੀ (ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਧਾਰਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰਲੇ) ਸਬਦਕੋਸ਼ ਦੀ ਜਰੂਰਤ ਨਹੀ ਹੈ । ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਸਚੁ ਖੋਜ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਵਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਗੁਰਮੁਖਿ ਸਬਦਕੋਸ਼ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਕਿ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੀ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਸਾਨੀ ਹੋ ਸਕੇ । ਇਸ ਸਬਦਕੋਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਦੇ ਅਰਥ ਗੁਰਬਾਣੀ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ।

Aasiqui

Acc. to Gurmat, Aashiqui means one who remain absorbs in god.
Jo sada apney mool vich Samaye rehnda hai....(ਨਾਨਕ ਆਸਕੁ ਕਾਂਢੀਐ ਸਦ ਹੀ ਰਹੈ ਸਮਾਇ ॥)

Dunyaavi Aashiqui naal Gurbani da koi laina dena nahi.
Dunyavi Aashiqui = Maya Naal Jurhna(Maya da ant hai), eh Ashiqui jhooti hai....(ਏਹ ਕਿਨੇਹੀ ਆਸਕੀ ਦੂਜੈ ਲਗੈ ਜਾਇ ॥)

Eh Aashik Maya ton alipt rehnda hai = JEEVANMUKAT (Jeevanmukat so akhiyey mar jeevey marya)

In February 2015, Dharam Singh Nihang Singh was the very first speaker of the dialogue series "Religion matters – Rethinking the challenges of tomorrow".
